Demand Generation Manager

Amperon is a provider of smart meters to deliver real-time energy data forecasts.

This role will be responsible for creating top-of-funnel leads for our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in demand generation marketing for B2B SaaS companies with a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative marketing strategies and tactics in developing effective marketing campaigns.

This role will:

  • Report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the Sales, RevOps, and Product teams.
  • Develop, plan, own, and execute demand generation marketing campaigns that focus on top-of-funnel leads across multiple channels, including website, email, webinars, events, content marketing, channel partners, paid advertising, and others.
  • Develop high-impact analytics to improve and optimize campaigns, programs, and strategies. Offer insights and recommendations for ways to improve performance.
  • Build tracking and analytics around MQL, SQL, CPO, MRR, and ARR performance and provide insights and recommendations for ways to improve top-line and bottom-line performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs and develop sales outreach and nurture campaigns that achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Support the development of high-impact sales enablement collateral, working in partnership with Sales.
  • Become the go-to Hubspot SME on the team and provide depth and experience with tools such as HubSpot (or other CRM tools), ZoomInfo, WebFlow, and SendGrid, with an appetite to continually leverage tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be both analytically focused and creative minded to create ROI driven campaigns that draw in and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors to drive additional lead generation opportunities.
  • Strong interest in energy and grid sustainability is a must. You don’t have to have experience in this industry, but an interest in this fascinating topic is crucial.
