Summary of Role
In this Senior Recruiter role, you’ll play a critical role on our Talent Acquisition team by supporting the hiring efforts for our Operations teams. Using your creative sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing skills, you will research relevant talent pools, network with passive candidates, and help influence well-qualified, diverse hires. You will be responsible for owning the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to extending competitive offers, providing a high-touch, white-glove experience along the way. We operate as partners to the business, so you’ll often rely on your sharp business acumen to work closely with our hiring teams and leaders across the Operations organization.

In this Senior Recruiter position, you will:
- Reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition
- This person will wear multiple hats including full-cycle recruiting, working closely in partnership with the business on hiring needs
- Create, maintain, and enhance a recruiting strategy that focuses on building talent pipelines and delivering well-qualified talent for a variety of skill sets.
- Will develop and lead recruitment strategies for different positions
- Own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing for multiple openings.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to active and passive candidates. Each person you interact with, regardless of them being hired, should walk away with a positive Palmetto experience.
- Collaborate within the TA team and broader HR department on Talent Acquisition related initiatives and projects. For example, tech assessments and implementations, interview training, and talent market research.
- Provide consultative and strategic partnership to hiring teams and leaders as you work with them to fill their positions with top-qualified talent.
- Explore and utilize a variety of methods and tools to fill positions. This can include running hiring events, networking with industry professionals, and hiring events.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management
- 5+ years experience with high-volume recruiting, partnering, and managing relationships with the business/client/customer.
- 2+ year(s) experience building weekly metric updates, and driving sourcing strategies to proactively deliver pipelines based on the needs of the business.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, experience in multi-tasking and consistently delivering great results.
- Ability to be successfully self-organized and self-directed. We work in a remote environment with a growing company.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of high-volume sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search.
- Experience working with HR and business partners to focus on the quality of hire and reducing attrition.
- Proficiency or the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of software applications and tools, such as Google Suite, Zoom, LinkedIn, ATS systems, DocuSign
