What we are looking for:
This position is for you if you like analyzing and improving business processes and enjoy managing Salesforce projects that increase efficiency and maximize the organization’s investment in this important tool. This position will analyze the existing Salesforce environment, meet with key stakeholders, provide options for improvements, and be the project manager who works with our Salesforce support staff to get the work done. This role requires understanding of best business practices to improve the overall experience for business stakeholders. This position will manage small and medium sized projects across all user departments. A majority but not necessarily all projects will be tied to Salesforce (there may be some other projects tied to other third party apps used by the organization).

Core Responsibilities:
● Analyze, organize, obtain approval on and document all changes related to new process rollouts
● Collaborate with Enterprise Business Services when necessary (integration projects)
● Collaborate with external consulting teams if needed.
● Develop and execute testing and remediate issues identified during test cycles.
● Manage and drive to completion User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the changes, and coordinate defect resolution between Stem and the internal Salesforce support or external consulting group.
● Participate in deployment planning and final push to production of all major projects and support users in any post deployment issues.

Required Skills:
● 4+ years of experience in Salesforce (Lightning UI preferred),
● 3+ years of business process project management (Salesforce related projects a plus)
● Certifications are a plus – Salesforce Admin (but not required, Trailhead badges are great too)
● Familiarity with general business processes that can be managed in Salesforce through standard/custom objects, cases, approvals, email alerts, etc.
● Ability to document/ visualize business requirements
● Ability to build flowcharts of current and future state processes
● Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations
● Very organized, detail oriented and curious
● 4-year college degree (business preferred)
