Position Overview
This position reports to our India HR Head to support all the activities related to complete Employee Lifecycle Management. This position will work closely with our India team and under a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Mumbai headquarters.
The purpose of this role will be to execute and support all the activities from onboarding through the talent management life cycle and thru off-boarding. The incumbent may get an opportunity to work in close collaboration with the Global HR & Corp Operations teams to develop responsive solutions and excellent service delivery to all Terviva employees. May get opportunity to travel to different states Occasionally to Tribal/Rural areas to represent/support Corporate Engagement Activities organised by Terviva for Tribal Women Engagement or Development.
The incumbent will start on a third party role, and may get absorbed depending on the internal available opportunities keeping business plans in view.

Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing, Recruiting & Selecting candidates from relevant channels such as job boards, Consultants and Campuses as per the timelines defined;
- Identify and manage relationships with third party recruitment agencies, campuses and staffing firms;
- Execute the full employee lifecycle administration process: from onboarding through the talent management life cycle and thru off-boarding such as but not limited to:
- Employer Branding – Designing People focused content for social media platforms
- Preparing letters like offer letter, appointment letter and various employment letters;
- Updating and maintaining Employee Database with complete confidentiality;
- Coordinate with employees, manager, trainers for internal & external trainings programs;
- Get the invoices processed related to HR expenses;
- Support in policies and FAQs drafting documents;
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in relation to executing full employee lifecycle administration;
- Organise workshops to create awareness about Employee Self-Service platforms and addressing related queries timely;
- Drive quarterly performance management reviews across India Teams;
- Planning and execution of events, birthdays, celebration, Annual Picnic, Team Lunches and fun activities across India;
- Designs, draft and send Festive greetings and various HR related communication to employees;Owning Joining formalities, Pre and Post Onboarding Readiness, Induction, Bank A/C opening assistance, Attendance & Leave Management, F&F and Exit Management, Support in PMS, T&D, Annual Appraisals;

Education & Background
- Bachelors Degree
- Full Time MBA in HR must
- A growth-oriented HR operations professional seeking career growth in HR.
- Strong on HR fundamentals

- Operations-minded – have passion to improve and drive to develop efficient processes; embodies “can do” attitude in building evolving systems.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy. Ability to work in a dynamic, rapid-changing environment by prioritizing situations which require sense of urgency. Collaborative approach and ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Fluent in Google Apps, Power Point presentations, Word, Excel and other spreadsheet and analytical platforms.
- Experience with HRIS systems, familiarity with HR practices related to onboarding and off-boarding, employee records management, performance management systems and total rewards.
- 7 + years work experience in HR operations/Generalist HR.
