Position Overview
As Counterparty Management Credit Ops (Call Center) Associate, the associate will provide outstanding customer service, including but not limited to welcome calls, triage incoming calls, process transactional tasks, respond to daily inquiries from team members, and provide team leaders with project-based assistance. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized operations associate who has an optimistic attitude, a willingness to help consumers/customers, patience, and can assist with operational tasks in a fast-changing start-up environment. This is a high visibility role in a fast-growing team with an opportunity to support and contribute to day-to-day operations of the business.


  • Support EnFin's telephony lines with an emphasis on providing quality customer service/experience, conduct welcome calls, answer inbound calls, and triage calls when applicable, while maintaining organized record-keeping and documentation
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, prioritize, and execute tasks to balance business needs vs. technical constraints, and ensure quality
  • Identify customer needs and assist with a friendly customer service focused style of communication
  • Handle ad hoc short-term projects that are often data-intensive and tight deadline
  • Maintain superior process and procedure knowledge and stay up to date on procedural updates as needed
  • Cancel loan applications as requested while adhering to our current team procedures
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project stakeholders


  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of tangible work experience in an operations or administrative support role
  • Ability to demonstrate priority-driven thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, supporting team members, and executing and driving deliverable timelines.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and basic computer skills (navigating file folders and file extensions)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts), Outlook and Teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
  • Mission-focused team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fintech lending sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, or related field
  • Demonstrate priority-driven thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills.
