Summary of Role

The Sales VP will be regional and be responsible for 3 main KPIs. The 3 KPIs are Production, Churn, and Sales Member NPS. Successfully hitting all 3 KPIs ensures a highly productive region. This position will manage 5 or more regions targeting sales and growth goals. The Sales VP will identify the best total addressable markets for growth opportunities and direct the team accordingly. Each region will work towards state-level and company sales goals.

The successful candidate will be resourceful, a leader, proactive, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative revenue opportunities.

Strategic & Tactical
- Oversees multiple regional markets managing multiple regional directors to execute company sales goals
- Conducting market research and knowing Total Addressable Market for each state in the region
- Develop strategic growth plans around regions TAM and work with regional directors on execution.
- Maximize company profits in regional markets
- Ability to successfully manage a P&L for specified region
- Work with marketing on lead generation and funnel flow
- Prepare & present performance reports for presentation
- Ability to keep a healthy bench to accommodate territory and regional needs
- Working with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
- Developing and implementing new sales strategies that can help achieve top-down targets
- Analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet company sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partners
- Build a network of other potential revenue sources in your region
- Eliminate major blockers from preventing sales growth
- Reviewing prospect information in the CRM database
- Know all current sales opportunities Palmetto is offering
- High-level sales member NPS tracking
- Anticipate and eliminate potential roadblocks
- Attend conferences throughout the year to develop new business opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years managing sales teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
