Who are you?

As the Technical Support Specialist (Mac), reporting to the IT Lead, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 support to end users. The candidate will also apply their technical expertise to network support and system deployments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support to end users.
- Prepare and deploy equipment (Mac, Windows, Tablets, etc)
- Troubleshoot and maintain network equipment
- Maintain hardware inventory and keep documentation up to date

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar support role
- Strong experience supporting MacBooks and Tablets
- Some networking experience: firewalls, switches and wifi
- Outside the box problem solving
- Strong Communication skill

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with PfSense firewalls, Unifi wifi
- Knowledge of Windows devices
