Who are you?

If you’re motivated by solving real problems for real people then, you’ve come to the right place! As the Studio Producer, reporting to the Creative Director, you will play a key role in leading the Production functions of the in-house Creative/Brand team. You must be adaptable and agile, with a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.

As a dynamic, fast paced business, keeping the studio activities organized and flowing seamlessly will be the primary responsibility of the Producer. From talent booking to the management of freelancers and production support, no two days will look the same for this versatile role. Responsabilités/ Responsibilities:
- Managing the studio production schedule to ensure efficient flow of content.
- Overseeing the booking of all cast & crew for internal and external productions.
- Overseeing the post-production cycle, including photo retouchers, video adaptations, etc.
- Managing the ordering and consistent upkeep of studio equipment.
- Managing the brands’ products flowing in and out of the studio.
- Supporting production services for external campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications essentielles/Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience working in studio management, production or a similar role.
- Great organizational skills and ability to manage multiple different projects.
- Results driven: Ability to analyze and optimize processes, budgets and output based on targets.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the creative process from ideation, pre-production and post-production.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think proactively.

Qualifications Souhaitées/Desirable Requirements
- Wide network of creative professionals, a plus.
- Knowledge of photography softwares such as CaptureOne, LightRoom, a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of the fashion and/or consumer goods industries.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in photography and videography for fashion, tech and a pulse on culture
