What we are looking for:

Stem Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain team is seeking a motivated, experienced and result oriented Senior Sourcing Manager to develop, execute, and manage the sourcing strategy and tactical plans for Indirect spend categories. This role is also expected to support the implementation of best practices in P2P and managing KPIs and reporting progress to further advance ESG strategy in supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for driving year-over-year improvements in total cost of ownership while improving service levels for Indirect spend categories including Travel, Real Estate, Consulting Services, HR Services, Office Supplies, and smaller dollar IT spend.
- Conduct comprehensive cost data analysis, identify cost saving levers across Indirect category spend to drive cost improvement and report savings on quarterly basis
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to design scopes, develop sourcing plans, manage supplier negotiations, and lead external communication
- Bring best practices and drive P2P process automation and simplification
- Develop strong and effective internal relationships with all levels of the business to ensure that supplier contracts reflect business requirements
- Measure and monitor supplier performances including quarterly business review with strategic suppliers to ensure they consistently meet or exceed business expectations
- Provide thought leadership and support supplier due diligence efforts and ESG compliance in supply chain to create long term value for the company
- Build and execute a plan to identify and evaluate diverse suppliers and increase the percentage of category spent with diverse suppliers
- Work with Accounting Team to support invoice payment reconciliation and approval
- Have business mindset to challenge existing processes and suggest new way to optimize these processes and improve procurement efficiency

Required Experience & Education:
- 7+ years’ experience in sourcing category strategy for Indirect, supplier relationship management, and supplier continuous improvement program
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills
- Project management background a plus
- Good relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with senior management.
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite, or Coupa, Ariba
- Advanced skills in data analysis and Excel required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain
- Preferred MBA or Masters
