Senior Product Manager: Architecture and Real Estate

What We’re Looking For

You are responsible for supporting the development of new residential products at Mighty Buildings. As a Product Manager, you will lead a team across multiple functions to deliver industry leading solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of customers and the industry to create a vision, strategy and roadmap for MB.

The right candidate has a customer-development mindset that drives their thinking, knows how to move quickly via hypothesis testing while balancing the complexity inherent to modern housing and fabrication, and has experience defining and executing product roadmaps in environments of high uncertainty.

We’re working to make beautiful, carbon-neutral housing a reality for everyone. We need someone ready to rise to the challenge.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Mighty House product development team, developing the structural and architectural systems that we use to create reference designs across our residential products, from single family homes to multifamily expansion
- Using a customer-first, agile and data driven approach, integrate insights and analytics into product requirements to ensure success for our stakeholders
- Manage and develop a cohesive product roadmap derived from a deep understanding of our market, technology, and industry trends
- Hire and manage a team of high-performing product thinkers to help execute your product roadmap
- Oversee external partner relationships relating to the product development process
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, and inclusive team of architects, engineers, designers, supply chain specialists, compliance experts, and construction managers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product leadership experience using a customer development framework
- Experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or hardware development 
- 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
- 2+ years in a growth stage startup

Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of complex manufacturing best practices or 3D printing 
- Experience navigating global supply chains
- Proficiency in Russian or Spanish
- Prefabricated housing experience
