Heliogen is a renewable energy technology company focused on eliminating the need for fossil fuels in heavy industry and powering a sustainable future. The company’s AI-enabled, modular concentrated solar technology aims to cost-effectively deliver near 24/7 carbon-free energy in the form of heat, power, or green hydrogen fuel at scale – for the first time in history.
Own end-to-end project management of the rapid manufacture of jigs/fixtures, tooling, and R&D parts/assemblies using a variety of planning/scheduling tools, CAD packages, and outside suppliers. Your high attention to detail not only ensures projects are built to print but also enables constructive feedback to be given to designers, regarding ease of manufacture and cost reduction opportunities. When time is of the essence, your ability to collaborate with design partners directly enables the fabrication of prototype parts, to design intent, without drawings. The ideal candidate is experienced in achieving on-time-delivery and right-first-time execution of various mechanical and electromechanical designs.

- As appropriate, order, record, and manage inventory (consumables)
- Engage with Engineering and Manufacturing departments to accomplish tasks on time to the right level of quality
- As requested, provide data and input for departmental performance reports
- Continuously feedback to management and across channel to improve the pace of innovation and manufacturing
