The Role:
As Senior Manager, Net Revenue Management, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through making Net Revenue Management a winning asset for the Commercial organization to optimize margin and/or reinvest into brand/customer building initiatives. The NRM Lead will be responsible for making NRM a strong muscle of the organization and embed NRM into Meati business practices.
This position will report to VP Finance (interim to the CFO) and will work closely with the sales, finance, demand planning and controller teams. The Senior Manager, Net Revenue Management is an experienced revenue management (trade investment) professional who provides effective leadership in identifying processes and trade investment to drive profitable growth. The person will partner with the sales organization to manage trade spending from an investment and control lens, including forecasting and post-event analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement frameworks along NRM pillars (pricing, pack architecture, active mix, promotional management)
- Create reporting to support the analytics behind each NRM pillar
- Stand up NRM capability across the organization
- Work closing with commercial team to source and implement trade promotion tool
- Focus on end user process excellence
- Drive continuity across all pillars of trade investment management and sales support
- Provide basic trouble shooting and identify issues and provide trainings to new users
- Develop control procedures for trade spending and trade deductions clearing
- Responsible for managing trade spending accrual
- Partner with sales on the implementation of the trade promotion system ensuring effective delivery of system, training, and accurate reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience Consumer Goods industry
- Experience managing Sales systems and processes or building Trade strategies
- Proficient in P&L Management
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing and/or Finance teams
- Ability to travel 20% of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. in Finance, accounting or business administration
- Development and implementation of strategic business plans that generate sales growth
- Demonstrated successful experience developing and sustaining successful strategies that delivered financial growth
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence cross functional team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across various departments, interface with department leaders and obtain key stakeholder support
- Demonstrated leadership qualities consistent with the Meati values and mission

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $112,000 - $148,000 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity! Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
