Hydrostor is a developer of Advanced Compressed Air Energy Storage (A‐CAES) systems… which uses Air, Rock, and Water to store large amounts of clean energy for extended periods of time.  The technology is uniquely suited to enable the transition to a cleaner, more reliable electricity grid.  Hydrostor’s solution delivers low‐cost, long duration, bulk energy storage that is 100% emission‐free, low impact, and can be located nearly anywhere in the world.

You’ve got to be super savvy, have great attention to detail and love learning.  It helps to be a creative problem‐solver who can run with things, as we like empowering people. Communication is key in this role ‐synthesizing complex information and sharing it effectively is a superpower, and you have no issue managing multiple internal and external priorities.  On any given day, you could be knee deep in project development, leading RFP responses, modelling opportunities and/or market research.  No two days are alike and the possibilities to flex your skills are infinite.

This is a cross‐collaboration role where you’ll interact with all departments and across all levels.  As a young and entrepreneurial company, this is your opportunity to have an impact and stand out.

-  A renewable power sector player, in either business development or finance?
- Knowledgeable about global power markets, with 5‐7yrs under your belt?
- Passionate about pairing an innovative solution with a massive industry problem?
- A stickler for expert communications and sharing strategic information?
- Bored by status quo and bureaucracy and looking for a way to make your mark?
