ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of logistics and inventory management for our company, including order management, channel partner management, inbound/outbound logistics, outsourced RMA, and inbound invoicing approvals. The Senior Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for managing key relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, optimize and manage logistics and fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments. Collaborate with other departments, such as business operations and customer service, to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales forecasting and inventory planning processes to optimize inventory levels. Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand and manage communication between internal teams.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and revenue teams for production planning and delivery. Drive resolution on exception logistics with the freight forwarder, issue expediting, and hold orders.
- Oversee returns processing including management of 3rd party RMA center, finished inventory, tracking throughput, and performance.

Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of logistics management, including transportation modes, regulations, and customs compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
- Knowledge of ERP systems is required, experience implementing an ERP is a plus
