As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll provide the data and insights that Palmetto’s Central Operations team uses to inform, launch, monitor, and optimize new and existing initiatives, processes, and goals. You are comfortable diving into an ever-evolving data warehouse, writing SQL queries that answer stakeholder (and your own) questions, building visualizations to make those findings digestible and productional, and communicating those insights out. The successful candidate will possess a passion for innovative analysis, processes that scale, and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that tie the data and numbers back to the real world. This role will report to the Central Operations Analytics Manager.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data warehousing with proven business analysis experience: you thrive on combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business intuition, and judgment, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems.
- Impact Orientation: You can translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Ability to communicate complex data concepts and reasoning in ways that product teams, senior management, and the wider organization will understand.

- Efficiency: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills as demonstrated by experience driving multiple, competing projects under deadline pressure.
