Overview

Mighty Buildings works with developer partners to deliver our 3D printed homes to communities across the world. The role of the Sales Operations Specialist is to generate simple, repeatable, and effective sales processes in an otherwise complex and lengthy real estate sales environment. It’s a role for an ambitious data-driven, process-oriented, detail-minded individual who is thrilled by the prospect of helping redefine how we build homes. 
We’re working to make beautiful, carbon-neutral housing a reality for everyone. We need someone ready to rise to the challenge.

Responsibilities
- Accelerate sales cycles by improving sales qualification processes, introducing playbooks, and managing cross-functional dependencies
- Develop inbound and outbound channels in order to grow a strong pipeline of single family home developers who could benefit from working with Mighty Buildings
- Manage our CRM (HubSpot) in order to consistently report on sales goals and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Develop reliable channels for sales feedback to product and marketing teams
- Prepare intro and proposal decks, analysis, and other presentation material

Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in sales or operations for a startup with a complex product
- > 4 years experience in real estate or construction industry
- Process oriented with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in developing slides and spreadsheets
