YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our impressive Sales team at Emitwise. You’ll be working closely with the Account Executives and Mauro, our co-founder & CEO, driving pipeline development by prospecting, calling, and qualifying leads. Ideal candidates should be self-starters with proven track records of success in their professional and personal lives. You should be passionate about climate change, and interested in joining a fast-paced tech start up determined to decarbonise the global economy.

Your work and input will be crucial to the continuous refinement of our sales process. You will find yourself doubling down on validated channels and customer profiles, as well as exploring new ones. You will be selling a strongly differentiated product in a market that urgently needs our solution. You will be supported by an amazing team of experts and any resources you need to excel. Your work will not only translate to financial success but, more importantly, you will be playing a key role in the fight against climate change.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- We think in terms of impact. Here's how you will contribute when you join:
- Create a fantastic first impression to prospects whilst building a pipeline for Account Executives
- Use a multichannel approach to connect with leads
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of activities and qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strategically approach targeted customers

WHAT YOU'll NEED
- There are a range of experiences and skills that are likely to help you succeed in this role, including:
- You're flexible, adaptable, and thrive in a rapidly evolving company
- You’re confident picking up the phone and speaking to prospects and customers
- Self-starter mentality, who can take initiative and work autonomously
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- You are passionate about our mission. "Does it get the world to net-zero carbon faster?" (Expect to ask yourself this question regularly when working at Emitwise.)

WHAT'S NICE TO HAVE
- Transferable experience in a sales or customer-facing role, or internship
- Interest in SaaS
- You have a dog (which you’d be welcome to bring into the office)
