We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial electric vehicle charging market and across our suite of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound communications, networking, industry events, and other means including property groups, fleets, and municipalities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts and territories.
- Understand and communicate the unique value proposition of our charging solutions to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activity and pipeline.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the electric vehicle charging space or related industry such as solar, industrial, etc.
- Knowledge of EV charging incentives and/or policies a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
