Mighty Buildings works with developer partners to deliver our 3D printed homes to communities across the world. The role of the Project Manager is to support our business development teams in finalizing contracts and joint ventures with developers, leading the design development process, and ensuring our partners execute well. You are the CEO of your respective project, driving execution across multiple internal and external stakeholders toward successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own the process that, in coordination with the Mighty Buildings Product and Business Development organizations, ultimately defines the offering and associated BOM for a given project
- Act as the key point of contact for external and internal parties - from engineers, to architects, to lenders, to the trades - and coordinate across multiple teams and individuals to define, measure, and advance project goals, through the design development stage
- Collect, review, and report on key performance indicators and/or usage related to vendor contracts, utilities, automated tooling, building automation systems, and equipment
- Work closely with finance to help plan and project future expenses. Develop project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Verify potential legal and insurance issues with appropriate parties
- Manage and allocate overall project team, budget, and resources
- Ensure learnings from project are translated to other project and product teams, leading to continuous improvement in the way we build homes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects
- Strong understanding of real estate finance
- Excellent communicator, problem solver and collaborator able to manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Command of budget and project timeline management
- 5+ years experience in real estate, architecture, or prefab construction
- 2+ years in a growth stage startup
Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in Russian or Spanish
- Prefabricated housing experience
- Experience navigating global supply chains
