Summary of Role

This role is a critical component of the Pre-Construction Central Operations Team. You will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating Electrical Reviews & Electrical Upgrades between Utilities, Build Partners, Internal Teams, and Customers to advance projects toward Installation & PTO. As a Project Coordinator, you will be accountable for managing projects from inception to completion while ensuring all project and business objectives are met.

Strategic & Tactical
- Work with the Electrical Project Manager on identifying the scope of work, and cost and reconciling invoices as needed.
- Establish and manage relationships with Central and Regional Internal Team Members and Build Partners with an objective to propel Pre-Construction Projects to completion
- Maintain Pre-Construction Electrical Cases with an expected volume of 100-200 projects based on sales, complexity, and project queues
- Coordinate Meter-spot and TDR process with Internal Teams, Utilities and Build Partners
- Schedule projects with a sense of urgency to reduce timelines between sales, utility coordination, and build out
- Ensure any delays are addressed internally and escalate to management when necessary to expedite resolution with minimal delays
- Manage and log all communication in Salesforce, Salesforce Service Console, and Alchemy
- Stay abreast of and communicate out on pertinent reporting around SLA, throughput, and backlog.
- Note pertinent Utility and/or AHJ conditions and update the Palmetto database accordingly
- Manage daily tasks against a prioritization matrix that considers job quality, margin, and installation goals
- Be aware and develop knowledge of local market nuances that affect, scope of work, coordination, and scheduling of electrical upgrades
- Attend company stand-up meetings to stay informed of company-wide initiatives and important updates

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of operations & project management in residential electrical experience
- Experience and familiarity with Utility coordination for Main Panel and Service Upgrades in the Western US
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize.
- Detail oriented
- Being independently driven and able to work well as a team
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Computer skills (G Suite)
- Strong residential electrical & solar experience
