The Services Operations Strategy Manager will help oversee a number of high-priority initiatives across the Services & New Hardware division, which oversees the ongoing service and support needs throughout the 25+ year lifespan of the solar system and the new hardware products we plan to add to our energy ecosystem. You will own projects and processes that drive important operational, financial, and organizational outcomes for Services & New Hardware.

Comfort with ambiguity is essential, as you will need to engage in a variety of projects and distill complex topics into simple, actionable insights. This role requires strong business acumen and operational intuition. Building strong relationships is critical to your success, as you’ll need to engage with a broad set of internal and external partners.

Strategic & Tactical
- Project manage short-term and long-term special projects, working across internal and external teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Design and manage scrappy pilots on short timeframes across Services & New Hardware to quickly iterate and learn about new operational processes, hardware devices, etc.
- Build close relationships with and act as the liaison for external stakeholders, including Omnidian (Service Partner), SolarEdge, and Enphase
- Analyze process efficiency and create / update SOPs
- Deep dive on analytical problems, synthesize data, and deliver insights and recommendations
- Oversee warranty programs, and dig deep into potential areas where we are foregoing reimbursements
- Uncover opportunities for improvement in operating/financial performance or customer experience, and support pilot initiatives that drive improvement
- Incubate other special projects as needed

Qualifications
- BS/BA
- 4+ years of work experience in management/strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or similar analytical setting
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across operations, finance, analytics, product, and technology teams
- Executive presence, high degree of professional maturity (comfortable presenting to senior audiences), and strong communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills (experience modeling in excel required), and a bias for solving problems
- Process-minded, with the ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Ability to drive multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously
- Previously worked at an organization, or within a business unit, that experienced significant growth. Comfortable operating in an environment that is lean and fast-moving. Must have the ability to wear multiple hats and the ability to adjust processes/systems as the company scales
- Some experience in technology product management, product operations, or supply chain – especially with hardware tech – is a plus
