Office Administrator

Working closely with the executive management team of Epoch as well as the broader Epoch team, we are seeking someone who will own a range of tasks to ensure that the team is as efficient as possible and our office is a welcoming environment for all of our guests and colleagues. Tasks will range from classic office administration but will suit someone who gravitates towards proactively filling any gap needed, is extremely organised and is a multi-tasker to make the office run seamlessly.

You will be involved in activities such as:
- Support and manage the reception service
- Create and maintain a fantastic office environment, bringing your own touch and creativity to decoration, organisation, refreshment, and facilities
- Liaise with, and manage our office service providers, working to get maximum value for the service provision we need
- In conjunction with the Chief People Officer, support the coordination of the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Ensure that the office itself runs smoothly, managing mail, stationary and other supplies
- Act as a point of first contact for guests upon arrival, creating the right first impression, and anticipating anything which could enhance their visit from beginning to end
- Travel booking for the team
- Engage as a part of the broader Epoch team to assist or lead on detailed event planning.
- Provide creative and administrative assistance to the management and business development teams as they prepare presentations, documents, or other collateral.
- Executive Assistance as required to Epoch executive team

- Efficient at multitasking, highly organised, and can juggle priorities flawlessly to ensure that nothing is dropped
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) Google Suite, Zoom, etc
