We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to be part of the Ndustrial Sales and Marketing Team. This role will help drive the overall marketing efforts, bring market awareness and ultimately drive sales growth for Ndustrial. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to lead generation and all actions leading toward revenue growth. A Marketing Specialist is a competent professional able to generate creative ideas and bring them to life. They are well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Manager within Ndustrial.

Responsibilities
- Configure and manage content and actionable outreach within the Customer Relationship Management systems for Ndustrial and other marketing automation software with input from others on the team
- Produce creative content including documents, graphics, advertisements, video, infographics, and other multimedia and interactive content
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns with input from others
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (traditional media, social media, e-mail, and other forms of outreach)
- Assist in other marketing and sales activities as needed (content development and optimization, website development, events etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Manage and enforce Ndustrial’s brand guidelines across the company, including the development of design templates for presentations and other assets
- Report and analyze marketing data (web traffic, campaign results, conversion rates etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Other duties as defined to contribute to the goals of Ndustrial’s growth

Requirements
- Graphic design skills, including demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar. Video editing and other creative skills preferred.
- Marketing focused in career path and willingness to help drive the Ndustrial message in the market
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (including design software and marketing automation / CRM) and tools (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications, graphic design, or equivalent
- Knowledge of CRM Systems and ability to configure (or learn to configure) systems to meet objectives
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) preferred
