Who are you?

As the IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the complete and autonomous management of IT related projects, reporting to the VP Operations, at our Montreal-Factory. You will be continuously reviewing priorities to make sure you're at the forefront of the most pressing IT concerns for all our employees.

What you can expect in this role:

You will act as the primary point of contact for our IT Infrastructure, take ownership of the Network, Hardware, Software, and work with a tracking system for our applications. You will independently own management of IT projects. When given a problem statement, you will help develop a viable solution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT infrastructure and prioritize incoming requests.
- Works closely with other teams to manage and distribute hardware to new employees.
- Day to day user account software administration and support, mostly on Mac and Windows
- Institute a tracking system, including hardware and software applications;
- Manage employee desktop hardware and software support.
- Manage WIFI, firewalls configuration
- Own IT infrastructure including client VPN, B2B VPN configuration and our internal server.
- VLAN / switch management
- Record and develop company best practices in regards to cyber-security

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT Administration , supporting desktop hardware and software.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A) or Certificate/Diploma in IT or related field;
- Ability to handle multiple requests across the organization and prioritize appropriately;
- Experience deploying Firewalls and Switches hardware;
- Experience managing a fleet of mobile devices and tablets;
- You have experience managing an enterprise network;
- You are familiar with the administration and troubleshooting of Shopify, Netsuite, Zoom, Looker, Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Notion, Zoom, etc;
- Experience designing network topology and security layers.
- Bilingual (French, English)
