Responsibilities:

Analyst (75%)
- Resolving discrepancies and investigating out of balance items associated with the inventory management platforms. This includes providing a root cause analysis and identifying necessary preventive measures to assure there are no re-occurrence and other related inventory errors.
- Support Accounting on monthly and quarterly close activities.
- Conduct daily inventory transactions in the ERP systems to ensure inventory accuracy and provide real time data. Transactions include but are not limited to: inventory receipts and cost center issues, inventory location movements, and authorized adjustments inventory receipt against Open Purchase Orders.
- Maintain processes to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity in the ERP System.
- Communicate clearly with a cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, field services, deployments, accounting) and other pertinent groups outside of the organization.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data with the ability to quickly provide ad hoc reporting.
- Collaborate on ideas and improvements of a newly implemented asset management protocol and platform.
- Maintain processes and notification procedures to ensure warranty compliance with deployed and live assets under management.
- Compile, verify, and report monthly statistical information regarding inventory trends.
- Coordinate routine Cycle Counts and Physicals to verify inventory accuracy across multiple locations.

Shipping and Receiving (25%)
- Process the receipts of materials and supplies from vendors and returns from customers at Stem HQ facility, offsite warehouses, and third party contractor locations.
- Fulfill orders and shipping request from Internal Customers (includes shipping goods and notify the appropriate parties).
- Labeling and putting away inventory following internal standard procedures and processes.
- Facilitate and coordinate with logistics carriers and customs brokers regarding all aspects of inbound transport service (international and domestic, air and ocean) including but not limited to tracking, expediting, final mile, and receipt confirmation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or College Degree
- 3+ years of inventory or asset tracking experience. This includes warehousing procedures along with operational standards and knowledge of ERP fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of BOM structure, Raw Materials and Finished Goods
- Proactive and systematic approach to problem solving and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to lead the implementation of new processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced and developing environment
- Desire to grow with the company
- Strong aptitude to learn
