The Jupiter Intelligence Marketing team is seeking an experienced and highly strategic marketer to lead and build out our Product Marketing team. As the Head of Product Marketing, you’ll be a key member of the Jupiter marketing team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

In this role, you will build an efficient and high-impact product marketing function at Jupiter. You will consistently draw on your experience across a range of marketing capabilities to support positioning, messaging, launch, and adoption. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, digging deep into customer discovery and insights, product and positioning acumen, defining and executing effective go-to-market plans, and building programs and teams to scale with an extremely high-quality bar. 

What You WIll Do:

- Build the product marketing function at Jupiter, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing a world-class product marketing team
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to understand our customers, their problems, and the competitive landscape; clearly define our target customer and buyer persona(s)
- Own developing segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, customer problems, value propositions and competitive differentiation
- Define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives
- Ensure alignment on product positioning architecture across all channels including customers, partners, marketing, sales, and all employees 
- Partner with growth marketing, content, communications teams to ensure we are telling our story across all of our channels
- Listen to the needs of our GTM teams and build effective enablement addressing their needs and priorities while providing strategic direction
- Lead the strategy and development for ongoing owned content assets such as webinars, blog posts, ebooks and other materials
- Lead the creation of an ongoing series of playbooks, from Sales execution and product launches to campaign support and more
- Represent and/or assist spokespeople in representing Jupiter at key industry conferences and events through presentations and content development Interact with market influencers – including analysts, research firms, thought leaders and others - to tell and influence our story
- Develop tactics to capture the many proof points and success stories of our customers
- Act as company spokesperson and overall subject matter expert

Education and Experience Needed:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business related / MBA considered a plus
- 10+ years of experience in marketing / product marketing building a world-class portfolio of category-defining products
- Team leadership experience is ideal
- Experience and interest in climate, data, or risk management preferred

- Aptitude to hire, lead and develop a world-class product marketing team
- Comfortable working with and influencing internal and external creative and design teams
- Ability to extract unique insights from multiple data sources, and make informed decisions that balance the art and science required to build beloved products
