The purpose of this role is to lead and build a demand generation / growth function within the Jupiter Marketing team. As our first demand generation hire, this role will lay the groundwork for demand generation and pipeline building through strategy and execution. This role will serve initially as an individual contributor while setting strategy and then backfilling / building a team as we grow.

The Jupiter Intelligence Marketing team is seeking an experienced and highly strategic marketer to develop and execute Jupiter’s demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll be responsible for generating net new inbound pipeline, creating and executing campaigns to engage and convert our prospect audience, driving revenue in our target accounts, and building a team of highly talented and motivated marketers.

What You Will Do:

- Ensure the company achieves net new logo targets for MQLs, demo requests, and inbound pipeline generated across key segments, products, and verticals
- Define a strategic vision and innovative approach to demand generation strategy and execution in support of all GTM campaigns including product launches, content launches, integrated campaigns, major events (virtual events, roadshows), and other campaigns
- Maintain and improve lead quality by partnering with sales development and operations teams on lead scoring and lead followup processes
- Manage and optimize budget to generate pipeline and drive brand awareness via paid search, paid social, content syndication, direct mail, 3rd party publications, review sites and out-of-home media channels
- Support outbound pipeline creation through best-in-class campaign execution and ABM strategies
- Drive pipeline from the prospect database through the execution of high quality engagement programs and by identifying fast-moving, high intent prospects to surface to sales
- Implement vertical and solution marketing approaches and execute on them to varying audiences including technical and business segments
- Utilize best practices to achieve growth goals while experimenting with creative strategies and less-proven tactics
- Own the strategy, selection and implementation of marketing technology, including automation, ABM, chat, and others
- Play a significant role in the strategy and execution of building and managing Jupiter’s web presence with a focus on customer journey and conversion
- Closely collaborate with other marketing leaders across product marketing, content marketing, international, PR, and design
- Cultivate a deep partnership with sales and sales leadership and a deep understanding of our GTM motion
- Continually monitor KPI and performance metrics; socialize results transparently and ensure resources are invested appropriately

Education and Experience Needed:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business related / MBA considered a plus
- 10+ years of experience in marketing / demand generation / growth marketing
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies, and demonstrable experience in companies that have grown from start-up to unicorn and beyond
- Experience with CRM, automation, ABM and other MarTech tools
- Team leadership experience is ideal
- Experience and interest in climate, data, or risk management preferred
