- A gift for storytelling that uses writing and digital design know-how to establish messaging and positioning cross-functionally with key groups such as creative teams, copywriters, PR, business operations, and finance.
- An extraordinary ability to translate sales narratives and customer pain points into compelling presentations using Google Slides or Prezi and other programs as a plus.
- An analytical orientation with an ability to access data and manage B2B communication within Hubspot or other email marketing platforms.
- An ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects from concept to completion using Adobe Creative Suite, with ability in Figma as a plus.
- A basic website maintenance capability for regular updates within set templates where experience with WordPress is a plus.

- Open PTO - Our flexible vacation company policy allows employees to take as much leave as they need. Employees need time to rest and enjoy themselves outside work. Putting a cap on this important time doesn’t help our effort to achieve high levels of employee satisfaction and productivity.
- 401K- Employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to invest in a qualified retirement investment plan with a company match.
- Medical- Trove covers 100% of employee monthly premium.
