Summary of Role
The Growth Marketer at Palmetto is a customer-centric, results-focused marketer who will lead our paid lead acquisition and digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid advertising campaigns, including display and social media ads, as well as managing lead vendors, based on the allocation of a monthly budget. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute growth strategies that drive new leads and sales.
Strategic & Tactical
- Reporting to the Sr Director, Growth Marketing, you will develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including display and social media ads, to acquire new leads and customers for Palmetto’s Direct to Consumer channel
- Manage and optimize existing campaigns to improve performance and increase ROI
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling ad creative and messaging that resonates with our target audience
- Continuously test and iterate to improve performance and maximize results
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including cost per lead, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Evaluate new lead vendors to maintain a database of lead acquisition opportunities and onboard new vendors
- Manage relationships with lead vendors and negotiate pricing to maximize the value of our investment, based on performance metrics
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and lead generation
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive business decisions
- Experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple major ad platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad messaging and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering on aggressive growth targets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
