Field Supervisor

About Helio Home

Helio is on a mission to electrify every home in America. Here at Helio, we believe people want to do their part to fight climate change. Nevertheless, they often don’t realize that 42% of emissions come from decisions they make at the kitchen table. Helio gives Homeowners the power to make a dramatic impact on their carbon footprint by making it simple to remove fossil fuels from their homes, and in the process, fully electrify their lives.

The Role

Helio is seeking an experienced Heat Pump HVAC specialist to join our team as a Field Supervisor. Field Supervisors form the backbone of our production team as the boots-on-the ground Helio representative managing the timeliness, precision, and quality of our trade partners as well as ensuring a great experience for Helio customers.

- Be the face of Helio Home to our customers as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ensure their installation experience turns them into Helio Home promoters.
- Responding to callbacks as needed to assess repairs/adjustments and either complete the fix or coordinate with the production team to remedy the issue.
- Inform process refinement of field team to constantly improve the Helio Way.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installations to include air source heat pumps. Basic knowledge of quality standards for electrical, insulation, and plumbing is also required.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. Technical knowledge on quality installation methods is a must
- Passion for environmental justice and taking an active part in mitigating the effects of climate change.
- Friendly and professional demeanor that is able to manage both customers and trade partners.
- ● Able to adopt our technology stack to manage work and stay organized.
