Responsibilities:
The Training and Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating content to publish on Stem University, Stem’s employee and partner training and enablement platform. Supporting the Director of Technical Sales Training, this role will have ownership over the course creation process, including interviewing internal subject matter experts, supporting script development, and producing video or written curriculum.
- Work with the sales training team to identify content requirements for sales training content.
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, product, marketing, and support to create and deploy content and implement new initiatives.
- Manage the content intake, editing, review process, then build out the actual course layout in our learning management system.
- Ensure content meets training guidelines and branding standards for content both internally and externally.
- Meet with a wide range of Stem team and partner stakeholders to gather, record, transcribe and edit content to be used in training.
- Coach Stem experts on how to produce compelling sales training materials.
- Deliver high quality content in a timely manner for approval by the company subject matter experts and Director of Technical Sales Training.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of training best practices (training delivery, process implementation, and adoption evaluation).
- Expert knowledge of content and learning management systems and compiling analytics on enablement effectiveness.
- Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
- Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
- Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills.
- Prefer experience with video production and editing.
