- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical)
- 3+ years of work experience in an engineering role
- Ability to work well individually or in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An immutable desire to solve problems
- A relentless curiosity (asking questions like ‘Can we do it better?’)
