Summary of Role
The Electrical Pre-Construction Project Manager will review, scope and manage coordination and timely execution of electrical installation requirements prior, at or post PV installation with Palmetto-approved subcontractors (Electrical Build Partners). This role is responsible for implementing and managing pre-construction process enhancements and vendor network development, focussing on improving execution timelines and driving down costs.

Strategic & Tactical
- Manage Palmetto electrical pre-construction throughput pipelines with a goal of completing all pre-construction work prior to PV permitting approval, or synchronously with installation.
- Review residential electrical infrastructure to determine if an upgrade is required to enable solar
- Obtain quotes for projects that fall outside of standardized engineering electrical callouts.
- Manage and further develop standard operating procedures that will support high-velocity throughput.
- True up final invoicing in the customer management system to guide accuracy in automated quoting.
- Review completed projects to ensure accuracy and fulfillment of scope.
- Review and approve Electrical Build Partner invoices.
- Coordinate with utilities where applicable for de-energization, re-energization, and power cutover.
- Manage Salesforce Service Cloud response timelines, with a goal of email first response time of <20 Minutes.
- Identify local requirements and work with various teams to ensure that a work process is built to accommodate nuances in order to maintain timelines.
- Provide reactive support for operational objectives dependent upon regional characteristics for Design & Engineering and Inspections as needed where a licensed electrician's perspective and knowledge are required.
- Work with Programmatic leadership to meet and exceed determined KPIs for throughput process, pricing, and quality standards.
- Work with CX leadership and marketing teams to ensure customer and sales member communication around pre-construction coordination and adder inclusion is flawless.
- Manage contractor partnerships and work with the Build Partner Acquisition team to ensure and enforce Electrical Build Parter quality and costs.
- Work with the Project Coordinator group, focusing on pre-deployment customer coordination and experience.
- Coordinate closely with the Design & Engineering and Field Operations to ensure operational best practices are adhered to.
- Work with the Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation for all pricing adders, including the inclusion of pricing in customer finance and accurate reflection in commission remittance reporting and payout.
- Work with new markets & operations teams to gain electrical and other contracting licenses necessary to launch or build redundancy in Palmetto service areas.
- Help support issues where there is a need for boots on the ground when there are jurisdictional or BP issues that are causing jobs to age due to multiple rejections/failures/scheduling.
- At times, collaborate with technology teams to refine and reinforce quoting and project management tooling
- Collaborate with the Central Programs team to introduce new products to the Palmetto marketplace, including storage options, EV Charging, IoT, and other clean technology solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of operational leadership/project management experience with a demonstrated track record of process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in working and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Electrical License in at least 2 states
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- BA/BS in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
