We are looking to hire a Director of Marketing to oversee all of our early growth and marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy and managing the marketing team. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as a strong understanding of the EV market and the company's target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy for our suite or charging-related products, including setting goals, identifying/expanding upon target audiences, and devising campaigns to drive awareness and sales
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with company goals
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as marketing agencies and media outlets
- Develop and deliver marketing materials, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and sales collateral
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as website traffic and sales conversions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Experience managing budgets and teams
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and the use of data to inform decision making
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Strong copywriting skills
