About the role
UNDO’s Digital Marketing Manager will drive awareness and consideration of our carbon removal solution across our core B2B and B2C segments. This role will be a critical part of our small and fast paced marketing team as we build our digital presence.
What will you do
In this role, you will build and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to grow our online community, generate leads and encourage advocacy. These campaigns will run across our key digital channels: Newsletter, Blog, Paid Social, Syndication, Webinar and Live Stream.
- Build and execute the digital marketing strategy for UNDO
- Launch the B2B and B2C newsletters across our owned channels and LinkedIn
- Create integrated marketing campaigns true to the UNDO brand to include content, email, digital advertising, and blog to drive awareness of UNDO in B2B and B2C segments
- Leverage cross-functional partnerships with internal experts to create tailored content and campaigns
- Work with a network of freelance creators to build first-class digital marketing assets
- Support with the development of our website and own our SEO strategy
- Development of KPIs and monthly reporting
- Adhoc marketing projects as they arise
About you
The ideal candidate is a creative digital marketer, a dynamic self-starter with an endless desire to learn, great interpersonal skills and an ability to think strategically.
Essential
- Experience in working within a fast-pace, scale-up environment
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Genuine interest in climate change and passionate about working with a mission-drive organisation
- Excellent modern marketing skills, including digital, content and event marketing;
- Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, SalesForce, Canva, LinkedIn (newsletter & live)
- Knowledge of Google AdWords and Paid Advertising Channels
- A commercial mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative working relationships quickly, with internal and external partners
- Experience working with creative freelancers, eg: designers, copywriters
- Budget management experience.

- A strong interest in the carbon removal market
- Knowledge of US geographic, agricultural and political landscapes
- Knowledge of agronomy and agricultural practice
