Who you Are:
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of customer types, from on-site property managers to enterprise-level executives
- Someone who is resourceful and has a “roll up their sleeves and get it done” mentality
- A superbly effective communicator
- An exceptional multitasker who can prioritize and manage time effectively
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn

What you will work on:
- Manage post-sale client relationships from onboarding to renewal and everything in between
- Analyze dashboard data and charger performance to identify upsell opportunities
- Navigate key stakeholder relationships from landlords, property managers, installment partners and more
- Oversee billing cycles, account admins and customer product marketing as needed
- Meet team Key Performance Indicators such as conducting regular client check-ins and QBRs

What you bring:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a client facing or account management or CSM role
- Previous background in enterprise technology companies or service-oriented businesses
- Experience working in the PropTech or multi-family real estate industry is a bonus
- Ability to work from our New York City headquarters 3 days a week and/or travel to the office for training or company events
- Genuine passion for the environment and electric mobility
