Overview

Mighty Buildings works with developer partners to deliver our 3D printed homes to communities across the world. The role of the Business Development Manager is to find and build relationships with new development partners who share our vision of design-forward, sustainable housing.

Responsibilities
- Meet aggressive growth targets for building a pipeline and securing partnerships with single family home developers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build and manage outreach campaigns, and create effective presentations that communicate the advantages of Mighty Buildings’ solutions
- Work with BI team to develop analysis, schedules, cost estimates in order to qualify prospects and ensure our partnerships create mutual benefit for Mighty Buildings and our partners
- Become a subject matter expert in offsite construction and prefab technology for single-family and multi-family home segments
- Represent Mighty Buildings at conferences, webinars, trade, fairs, housing workshops, and other industry events

Requirements
- 7+ years experience selling B2B products with long or complex sales cycles
- Demonstrable track record of winning major deals and exceeding sales goals
- 5+ years experience in real estate or construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A clear passion for housing and the environment

Nice to have
- Experience in growth stage startups
