In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day Human Resources-related duties to support Benefits and Total Rewards team objectives. You will support Lime employees with Benefits related queries under the guidance of the Global Benefits manager, including leaves of absence, health and wellness plans, 401(k) plan administration, and employee benefits education.  

This is an 8 week temporary position to help with benefits administration.

What you'll do:
- Assist benefits manager with the administration of Lime’s employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life AD&D, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flex Spending Accounts (FSA), leave of absence, retirement plans
- Coordinate human resources procedures to initiate benefits such as disability insurance, parental leave, voluntary plan enrollment, and Qualifying Life Event changes. 
- Participate in regular audits of benefit invoices, active rosters, required documentation, and carrier file feeds. 
- Perform administrative tasks and troubleshooting for project support and assisting benefits manager
- Provide support implementing new plans and administering open enrollment, billing, fielding inquiries, and distributing communications
- Coordinate with payroll, local management, employees, and third party vendors in processing claims, and Return to Work (RTW) procedures

About you:
- 2+ years of HR experience coupled with an analytical mindset and proven experience in supporting internal stakeholders
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and confidentiality
- Demonstrated effectiveness in contributing to a team, including the capacity to review and improve workplace practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- Familiar with pertinent federal and state regulations including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125 plans, workers' compensation, COBRA, and DOL requirements preferred
- Experience within MS Excel or Google Sheets required 
- Knowledge of G Suite/Google Workspace preferred 
- Familiar with Workday HRIS preferred
