Responsibilities
Accounts Payables
- Entering all vendor invoices, accurate cost coding – 3 way match requirements
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Compilation of monthly AP Accrual
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Maintain strong internal controls and SOX compliance in areas of responsibility and ensure all work is appropriately documented and supported.

- Coupa experience - required
- NetSuite experience
- Detail-oriented and analytical with a discerning eye for value added opportunities
- Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) to effectively convey financial information to different departments
- Strong creative problem-solving skills

Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience required
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Accounting degree preferred
- Proficiency in Chempax and/or other Manufacturing systems, MS Excel and Word required
- Must be organized, proactive and able to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work at a fast pace and meet critical deadlines
- Professional appearance
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Thorough understanding of cost coding
