Account Executives UK

Kando is searching for an experienced Account Executive person that will develop the company sales in the UK territory as the company Account Executive.

You will lead our sales effort in UK to reach and exceed sales targets and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for selling to our existing install base and creating new customers. Overseeing the entire sales process from the initial interest to holding discovery calls, and closing the deal.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder & a proactive problem solver with a genuine passion for consultative selling and experience in both direct and indirect sales.
In this role you will also identify potential new sales channels, and enable them to sell, give demos & virtual\In-person presentations, to potential customers & partners.

Qualifications
- At least 3 year experience as account executive in a B2B complex sales SaaS company preferably in the smart water industry
- Existing relationship in Digital water Industry specifically in wastewater \ environmental technology- is a plus
- Proven track record in consistently meeting and overachieving sales quotas & demonstrating YoY growth
- Ability to work autonomously in a complex sales environment
- Obsessed with bringing new customers and maximizing revenue
- Fluent English both spoken & written
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong presentation & negotiation skills
- Experience using Salesforce preferred
- Flexible and eager to work in a fast-growing, multi-tasking environment
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business or Environmental studies & earth science is preferred
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
