Chief Technology Officer

Holy Grail developed a direct air carbon capture technology that converts atmospheric carbon dioxide into giant pyramids. We are looking for proactive candidates who are ready to take ownership and are passionate about creating a sustainable solution to removing excess CO2 from the atmosphere. The ultimate goal of Holy Grail is to contribute to the long-term sustainability of life on Earth.

To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated CTO to join our team and drive the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions that align with our company's vision. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who is passionate about creating innovative solutions to address pressing environmental challenges, such as removing excess CO2 from the atmosphere. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 

This role will be located full-time in Mountain View, CA.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
• Strong background in chemistry and material science
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company's technical strategy in alignment with the overall company vision
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable technical solutions
• Lead the technical team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Ensure the security and reliability of the company's technical infrastructure, systems, and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance and sales, to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in technology and identify opportunities to enhance the company's products and services

Nice to have:
• Experience with AI and machine learning
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and platforms
• Experience with IoT and hardware development
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations
